2. Principle: no cookies, no tracking, no third-party embeds
This website is deliberately built to process as little data as possible. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, loads no external fonts, scripts or content and embeds no maps or social-media plugins. There is therefore nothing to consent to and no cookie banner.
3. Hosting and server logs
The site is served from a server managed by our service provider LiquidColor (liquidcolor.de) in a data centre within the European Union; a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. On each request the web server automatically logs: IP address (truncated), date and time, page requested, bytes transferred, HTTP status, referrer URL and browser/OS identifier. Purpose: secure and stable operation and defence against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless needed to investigate a specific security incident.
4. Contact via WhatsApp
If you message us via the WhatsApp button or directly at +49 176 2222 4964, we process the data you provide (phone number, name, message content, trip details) to answer your enquiry and prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (part of Meta Platforms, Inc.). When you use WhatsApp, data – including metadata such as your phone number and usage times – is processed by WhatsApp, partly on servers in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified. Details: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea. We use WhatsApp only at your initiative; if you prefer not to, reach us by phone or e-mail. Address-book access for WhatsApp is disabled on the business phone.
5. Contact by phone or e-mail
When you call or e-mail us we process your number or e-mail address and the content of your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; (f) for general enquiries). E-mail is received via a Google mailbox (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4); a data-processing agreement with Google is in place.
6. Performing a ride
If a transport contract is concluded we process the data needed for it: name, phone number, pick-up and drop-off address, time, flight number where relevant and special requests. We pass these only to the chauffeur or partner company performing the ride. Booking and invoice data are retained for the statutory commercial and tax periods (6 or 8 years, § 257 HGB, § 147 AO); legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
7. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Apart from the services named in 4 and 5 (WhatsApp, Google) and the chauffeur or partner company performing the ride, we do not share your data unless legally required.
8. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 6 months at the latest. Contract data: statutory retention periods (see 6). Server logs: see 3.
9. Your rights
- Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17) and restriction (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Competent authority: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, lda.bayern.de.
